Meet The Advisory Board

Dr. Holton graduated from Temple University School of Medicine in 2001. She received her surgical and urology training at the University of Maryland Medical Center. She is certified by the American Board of Urology and is licensed in the state of Maryland. She is clinically focused on the care of women’s urological and pelvic floor health and has served as the CEO of her group, Anne Arundel Urology, for the past 4 years. She is a Board member of LUGPA, a member of the American Urological Association and is the founder and director of the Women’s Wellness Center at Anne Arundel Urology.

Dr. Scott Dunitz is the Managing Partner for Tulsa Bone & Joint Associates, a 31 physician-owned musculoskeletal group. He attended Mayo Clinic for his Orthopedic training and has focused his 31 years of practice on the treatment of Adult Reconstructive Medicine.

He has been active in multiple organizations and remains on the board of a physician-owned medical malpractice insurance company. His professional affiliations include the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons, the American Medical Association, the Oklahoma State Orthopedic Society, and Tulsa County Medical Society.

Dr. Dunitz has overseen numerous building projects as Tulsa Bone & Joint has grown, starting with rental of office space to a 50,000 square-foot building and now finishing the phase of a 137,000 square-foot building. 

Greg Warren is the Founder and Managing Partner for Capital Markets Access Company (CMAC Partners).

Greg has more than thirty years of executive and financial leadership experience. He is responsible for the operations and strategic development of CMAC.

He was previously the president and CEO of Magna Corp Metals, a worldwide steel distributor. He also previously had a leadership role in Amerifund. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Michigan State University and is also a former member of the YPO (Young Presidents Organization).

Ethnie S. Jones, M.D. specializes in general ophthalmology. A native of Trinidad and Tobago, Dr. Jones received her Doctorate of Medicine from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. She completed her residency in ophthalmology and an internship in internal medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, a Diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology, and a member of the Virginia Society of Ophthalmology. Her husband is an orthopedic surgeon with OrthoVirginia. 

Some of her professional associations include Membership of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgeons, the Medical Society of Virginia, and the Richmond Academy of Medicine.

Dr. Jones joined the CPOMP Board with a significant degree of interest in working with CPOMP as both she and her husband have had real estate interest within their respective practices. 

Lisa Mead has been in healthcare administration for 33 years and currently is the CEO of Reno Orthopedic Clinic, a group of 31 orthopedic specialists located in Reno Nevada. Reno Orthopedic Clinic is a privately-owned clinical enterprise that manages five physician owned clinical locations, an Ambulatory Surgery center, Physical and Occupational Therapy and an Imaging Center.

Dr. Pennington has served as the President of Granger Medical Clinic for over 20 years, playing an integral role in the clinic’s growth, and became CEO in 2019. She is also CEO of Physicians Accountable Care of Utah, the ACO developed by Granger Medical Clinic, in 2013. She joined Granger in 1992, practicing as a pediatrician until early 2020, in West Valley and Riverton.

Dr. Pennington spent most of her childhood in Alabama, then earned her BS from Duke University, and her MD from Washington University Medical School in St. Louis.

Dr. Pennington has loved leading Granger Medical these many years. She enjoys the opportunity  to work with many wonderful doctors and other team members, in an organization where the physicians lead the way and put the patients first.
