Payment Schedule:

Submission of a 25% non-refundable deposit within two weeks of registration is required to hold your spot. Late deposits will incur a late fee. The remaining balance is due July 1, 2026.

Cancellation Policy:

The deposit submitted is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the Sponsor. Cancellations after July 1, 2026, failure to occupy exhibit space during CPOMP 2027 dates, or failure to meet artwork submission deadlines as set by CPOMP still obligates the Sponsor to full payment. CPOMP reserves the right to re-sell any canceled sponsorship or unoccupied exhibit booth space. Written notice to info@cpomp.org is required to cancel sponsorship.
