A decorated officer, accomplished leader, and dynamic speaker, Jason brings a wealth of experience in leadership, resilience, and mission-driven excellence. About Jason Harris
A fourth-generation military service member, Jason’s distinguished U.S. Air Force career spanned nearly three decades. After graduating from the United States Air Force Academy, he flew multiple aircraft across 11 combat deployments, amassing over 2,000 combat hours and 470 combat sorties worldwide. From 2001 to 2023, he served continuously on active duty and in the Air Force Reserve Command, culminating in his role as a Boeing KC-46 Tanker Aircraft Squadron Commander.
Jason’s high-risk combat experiences laid the foundation for his proprietary No Fail Trust® methodology, an innovative framework that helps executives and teams cultivate environments of mutual trust, accountability, and peak performance.
As the lead researcher and author of The National Study on Elevating Trust and Performance in the Modern Workforce, Jason provides groundbreaking insights into the profound impact of trust on leadership, workplace culture, and organizational performance. His work equips leaders with actionable strategies to bridge the trust gap and drive sustainable success.
