Reception Agreement
In an effort to create the most optimal networking opportunities for Sponsors and Members, it is mandatory for each Sponsor representative to attend the Thursday and Friday night receptions so as not to pull members away from these networking events. Please schedule your dinners or other client activities with these parameters in mind.
Thursday: The Thursday reception will start at 7:30 PM. Every sponsor representative must be in attendance by 8:00 PM and remain until 15 minutes prior to the conclusion at 9:30 PM.
Friday: This is a reception and dinner event, which will start at 6:30 PM. Every sponsor representative is required to be in attendance by 7:00 PM and remain until 15 minutes prior to the conclusion at 8:00 PM
The reception networking at CPOMP is a critical component to the creation of value to both Members and Sponsors and it is why we ask for full compliance by our Sponsors. Sponsors that choose not to comply with these requests are advised that they will not be invited to attend and/or Sponsor any future CPOMP events or conferences.
Invitation Template
Hi [name],
I’d like to share information about an organization we are part of that aims to optimize physician-owned real estate. CPOMP (Congress of Physician-Owned Medical Properties) is exclusive to independent groups who own or plan to own/develop their practice facilities. The annual meetings feature interactive discussions that are 100% real estate-focused, allowing attendees to collaborate in the sharing of resources and experiences.
Groups from around the country will convene for the CPOMP 2027 Annual Meeting from Thursday, January 21st to Saturday, January 22nd at The Omni Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Montelucia in Scottsdale, AZ. The conference is exclusively attended by physician owners and C-level executives.
You will find that the chance to hear from your peers about their real estate challenges, solutions, and successes is invaluable. The attached brochure provides further details about the meeting, including a list of currently registered groups.
As a CPOMP sponsor, we are allotted a fully paid registration to offer a group that may find value in attending. Visit https://cpomp.org/cpomp-2027/ and, upon submission of the registration form, enter the coupon code [your unique code] to waive your fee. We’re looking forward to the impactful conversations and networking that will occur and hope you will join us there.

For the purposes of this policy, suitcasing violations may occur at venues other than the exhibition floor and at other CPOMP events. CPOMP Management must be informed of any hospitality suites and expressed consent must be received prior to the event.
