Starting at 1:30 PM | Afternoon Activities
1:30 PM | Shotgun Start at Broadmoor Golf
Following the keynote luncheon, enjoy an 18-hole shotgun start on The Broadmoor’s legendary golf courses. This unique experience combines both the East & West Courses—masterfully designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr. The West Course challenges with multi-level greens, rolling fairways, and strategic hazards, while the East Course is known for its broad, tree-lined fairways and sweeping greens. Together, they offer a truly spectacular setting, with panoramic views of the Colorado Springs mountains. Participants will have access to the practice range before tee-off, and club rentals are available if needed. Availability is limited to just 12 players. Due to the exclusivity of this opportunity, we’re unable to accommodate significant others for this activity.
1:30 – 4:30 PM | Pickleball with the Pros
Whether you’re new to pickleball or looking to sharpen your skills, join us for a fun and active afternoon on The Broadmoor’s scenic outdoor courts—set against a breathtaking mountain backdrop. Each 2-hour session begins with an hour of expert instruction, followed by open play to put your new skills into action. Two time slots are available at 1:30 PM and 2:30 PM. Spots are limited to 14 players and significant others are welcome to participate.
1:45 PM | Visit to Seven Falls
Hop on a shuttle from The Broadmoor and head to one of Colorado’s most stunning natural landmarks—Seven Falls. Tucked inside a dramatic 1,250-foot-walled box canyon between the towering Pillars of Hercules, this self-guided hiking experience offers a perfect mix of adventure and awe-inspiring scenery.
Upon arrival, enjoy a leisurely 0.8-mile paved walk (slightly uphill, about 20–25 minutes) to the base of the magnificent falls. From there, you can climb 224 steps to reach two scenic trails:
→ Midnight Falls – a short, peaceful loop (~20–30 minutes)
→ Inspiration Point – a breathtaking out-and-back trail (~1 hour round trip)
Whether you’re up for a full hike or just want to soak in the views, guests are welcome to explore at their own pace. Shuttles will be available throughout the afternoon to return to The Broadmoor in time for dinner and live music. Entry to the Falls at 2:00 PM, with shuttles leaving the Broadmoor shortly before that. Exact timing will be shared. Significant others and families are welcome.
6:30 – 8:30 PM | Mountain View Reception, Dinner, & Live Music
Spend the final evening on the Mountain View Terrace for a night of fun. Soak in the breathtaking mountain views accompanied by the lively sounds of a local Colorado Springs band. Enjoy dinner, drinks, and fun entertainment!
