Payment Schedule:
Full payment is due within two weeks of registration. Late payments will incur a late fee.
Cancellation Policy:
The deposit submitted is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation by the Sponsor. Cancellations after May 1, 2024, failure to occupy exhibit space during CPOMP 2024 dates, or failure to meet artwork submission deadlines as set by CPOMP still obligates the Sponsor to full payment. CPOMP reserves the right to re-sell any canceled sponsorship or unoccupied exhibit booth space. Written notice to info@cpomp.org is required to cancel sponsorship.
*At this time, reservations at The Broadmoor are closed to sponsor companies in order to keep the limited remaining rooms available to members. You will be provided a list of alternative hotels upon registration.
